These terms govern your use of coldnina.com and the ColdNina demo (together, the "Service"), operated by INDIELINE SL(NIF B56433113). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What the Service is
The Site presents the ColdNina product and offers a free, interactive demo. The demo reads a website or short description you provide, and returns example matches and a sample outreach email to illustrate how ColdNina works.
Who can use it
The Service is intended for business and professional use. You may use it, and sign in, only if you are at least 18 years old and acting for a business or professional purpose. Please do not use the Service or sign in with Google if you do not meet these conditions.
Accounts and demo access
Your first demo run is free and needs no sign-in. To run the demo again you sign in with Google (Google Identity Services); Google confirms your name and verified email to us and we never receive your password. On sign-in we create a lead record that grants a limited number of additional free runs. We may set, change, or withdraw run quotas at any time to protect the Service or control costs. We only email you about ColdNina if you separately opt in, and every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe. See thePrivacy Policy for what we store and why.
The demo is illustrative, not advice
Demo output is generated automatically by AI and by public web search. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The suggested "matches" are examples based on public information; they are not vetted, endorsed, or contacted, and their inclusion does not imply any relationship with them. Nothing the demo produces is investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it for any decision. You are responsible for how you use any output.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit unlawful content, or the confidential information or personal data of other people, into the demo;
- use the Service to send spam or to harass, or in any way that breaks applicable law;

If you use the demo without signing in, we process that text only to produce your demo result and do not store it. If you sign in with Google to keep testing, the first input you submitted is saved with your lead record, as described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INDIELINE SL is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made on the basis of demo output. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service or our providers, or to meet legal requirements. For material changes we will post a notice on this page and, where you have a lead record with us, may also email you. Any change applies only going forward, to your use after it takes effect, never retroactively. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the Service. Nothing in this section affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes will be subject to the competent Spanish courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence: you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and we may bring proceedings against you only in those courts.
